Brand New in box. Kept in cool, dry, dark location. Non smoking home. This includes the end cap and the diffuser that was sent with it. Apparently the tail button was too easy to press so they sent these glow in the dark caps to prevent accidentally turning on the light in the pocket. I personally haven’t had issues with my other one. But the glow in the dark is pretty cool.
